Carlos Sandoval founded the Carlos E Sandoval law firm in 2008. He decided to dedicate his career to helping immigrants fulfill their American Dream when coming to the United States.

Colombian born Sandoval immigrated to the United States in 1996. Within a year he was serving in the U.S. Navy as an aviation mechanic on the John F. Kennedy aircraft carrier. Since Sandoval is a sharp learner, he quickly mastered the English language and in 2003 he received his bachelor’s degree with honors from the Florida International University. As he continued his education, in 2006, he received his law degree at the University of Florida with a concentration in International Law all with high honors.
